you do not need 4 mainboard ratchet bombs, with a creature in each CMC up to 4 you are likely to hurt yourself. cut them to the sideboard for 2 bident of thassa. then add in nykthos shrine to put you at 25 lands. cut to 2 omenspeakers. you have two cards left to play with, i like to put in 2 curse of the swine

ok i did some of that but i dont really like curse of the swine and 25 lands = too many lands for this deck
The changes I'm suggesting would put this close to the mono blue decks that place. I don't understand ratchet bomb, and curse of the swine exiles creatures, pretty useful

I'm thinking of red/blue/green control, using kiora, ral zarek, defend the hearth, etc. Small changes after ravnica cycles out
