Oversoul of Dusk could be useful against black and red decks. As for the vamps and goblins, I think red spells are the best way to take them out, lightning bolt, earthquake, volcanic fallout, etc, but it's definitely not "elf-like" lol. If your going for tokens and life, Leyline of Vitality might help. Primal Command might be useful as well. I like the idea of elf-burn, and the life gain with tokens, but I agree with Rybandt, you might be able to maximize the potential of one by dropping the other one. I'm not crazy experienced with mtg, but I hope this helped a bit ;)
