Deck Description

I wanted to design a deck around early game mana land and mana ramp, so I designed this deck. It's focused around the Dragonmaster Outcast and the Scute Mob. More so the Outcast.
I'm looking for some advice for this deck. I feel like it's not complete yet, and I need to get some outside opinions on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So far with the build of this deck it looks like I'll have roughly a turn 2 explosion for land.

First turn:
forest
elvish pioneer
mountain.

second turn:
mountain or forest
explosive vegetation

third turn:
Temple of the False God.

At this point you can start to have fun. You'll have 6 lands in play, which will allow for the Outcast, Scute mob, and Temple to trigger. On your fourth turn you can follow up with something like doubling season, or Crucible of Fire for some added hurt.

because the deck isn't focused on casting the dragons. The deck is focused around getting the Outcasts and Scutemobs out early game and land ramping enough to allow their abilities to pop in the early part of the game. Turn 3 or 4 and just have fun.
