No need for the Spellbook there, mister. You can easily replace it with Hymn to Tourach or Thoughtseize, because even though you'll profit from making the opponent draw and discard, you don't have anything to prevent him/her from using what you're cycling for him/her. A Burn deck might actually profit from your strategy, so common discards are useful here. Still, very nice deck and very nice budget.

I would probably replace Reliquary Tower, too. Your mana curve is low enough that youll likely be playing everything as you get it anyway. I severely doubt youll ever end up so close to max hand size because of that. Therefore, discard tools would be a great add, as Palas has said. Even Mind Twist would be solid. Alternatively, land destrucion could be a good way to help stall their ever growing hand as well. if you really want the jno max hand size, change spellbook for venser's journal, though it is unnecessary and common discard is awesome, should be a definate addition for this. and thats my 2 bits.
