yess it is very possible, although there can be some things that's could hold u back!
Explain....looks like a super ramp into emrakul, but it doesn't have farseek or rampant growth, which are more reliable than gyre sage..

Farseek will hold me a turn back! Mana ramping on gyre sage is enough! U only need. 3 lands!:)
