Deck Description

This deck was tweaked in a minor fashion to include revenge of the hunted and remove the arbor elves. The point of this deck is to get creatures out fast and build up champion of lambholt. This will ensure none of my creatures are blockable. Also, if any creature gets out of hand I can use prey upon or ulvenwald to remove.

Previous descritpion:
This is my first deck so please constructive criticism would be great.

I am attempting to create a Green Aggro deck. This deck focuses on getting cheap creatures out fast and building up the lambholts with these creatures + rancors in an attempt to be unblockable.

Please let me know what you think.

Deck discussion for Mono Green Fight Club Deck Standard (Post RTR)

Not bad at all.

I'd look at the ring of kaldra which works a treat with the ooze

The green miracles would be better than Guile and prey.

Revenge of the hunted is deadly with the recluse or ooze

I think you are going for a fight club theme here (oops!) in which case drop out rangers guile for revenge of the haunted (3 preferable because you want the miracle cost), Also put in some Garruk Relentless. Beyond that I would drop the Arbor Elves as well as the Deadly Recluse. To replace them throw in a young wolf (with revenge of the haunted you are looking at 7 damage turn 2 o.O) That should leave you with 2-4 cards left over :) if you arent worried about standard rules too much and are aiming for casual play then Dungrove Elder will be excellent! (still legal until october thought!)

Good luck man!

Did an overhaul on the deck after looking up the "fight club" idea. I did not realize I was following that deck style :D.

I added: Young Wolf and Wolfir Avenger
Removed: Arbor Elf and Deadly Recluse

Sill not fully sold on the wolfir since it costs 3 mana but I do love that it is a 3/3 with flash + regen. I really like the 2 mana of deadly recluse + death touch + reach so I am dithering at the moment between the 2.

Hey mate, nice deck! Love the Fight Club thing, but I reckon this could be taken to the next level (though it may break some of the flavour).

If you're looking to make this great, swap out Prey Upon for Thragtusk/Silverheart. Husky Tusky gives 5 life and when he hits the 'yard his 3/3 boosts your Champion of Lambs. Silverheart could just give your Champ +5/+5 and next turn end the game, of course. Either would work great. If you do go down this road, please put Arbor Elf back in. Ramp would be SO good with these!

This means you lose some flavour of course, so if it's just Casual you might as well ignore this comment. Otherwise I'm keen to see how this changes things up!
