I found Master of Cruelties while looking into different cards and wanted to try and build a deck around him. This is the physical deck I have with these cards. So considering I'm cheap, I'm sure the deck would do better with another Master of cruelties but I only bought one for mine.
The idea is to get Master of Cruelties out, whether you draw him or find him using Diabolic Tutor. There are enough cards such as Whispersilk Cloak, Rogue's Passage, and Prowler's Helm that the odds of drawing them are relatively high to not worry about searching for them. Once he attacks throw down a Shock to finish off your opponent. Cards like murder and the deathtouch ability of the Typhoid Rats help to hinder damage from creatures long enough to play the strategy. If lucky enough to get Messenger's speed out you can give Master of Cruelties haste to get a faster win. This deck is definitely open to suggestions.

I really like this deck idea. It seems like a very fun deck that would drive opponents crazy. If you were to add another Master of Cruelties, what would you substitute out to keep it at 60 cards. I was thinking simply removing a swamp because all the other cards, limited quantities and all are necessary to properly cast and play the Master of Cruelties. I'm considering putting this deck together for some casual play (not into FNM or tourneys) against my friends. I think it would drive them crazy.

Thanks, I was thinking of just getting a few more Master of Cruelties, it is pretty fun, the first time I played it against my hardcore magic playing uncle he was like BS! Haha. So, my idea was to take out some diabolic tutors. It's only purpose is to kind of fill in where I didn't want to spend the extra few bucks on the Master of Cruelties. Mana will be beneficial. I have also since added a couple of Insatiable Harpies to help with keeping the life total up. I don't know if it's just coincidence but the few times I've played, yea, I got them down to one then finished with maybe a Shock or something but I'll be at 1 or 2 life myself lol. Soooo, some lifelink and flying help a little.
