I would drop the cemetary reapers and the lord of the undeads. The mana curb is just a bit too steep.

No Stillmoon Cavalier? You gotta have Stillmoon Cavalier.
Overall, though, I like the direction of the deck, especially with Knight Exemplar. Gotta exploit the Indestructability, though. More Zombie Knight creature types!
yes, i completely agree with rsanz, stillmoon cavalier x4 should replace 1 of your lord of the undead, and all 3 of your Cadaverous Knight, just take 1 look at stillmoon cavalier, and you'll see why, you'll agree.
