hey very cool deck ive made guite a few of these decks, heres what i would do take out 4x holy day and add 4x orim's chant take out dark ritual its really only good in mono black and add 3-4x hide/seek, take out 4x victim of the night because its double black and replace it with doob blade or somthin more effective, take out all 3 distress and add 4x thoughtseize the one mana makes a HUGE differance playing thoughtseize onn turn one is devastating but just remember it dosnt work with the scepter since its not an instant, also take out geths verdict because of the double black and add diabolic eddict does the samething and is an instant and isnt double black also add 2x luminarch ascension. take out obliterator and sheoldered and dark confidant x4 take out phyrexian crusader and add wall of omens also check out my most recent deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=311893
