Bloodghast screams for Vampire Aristocrat or Bloodthrone Vampire. A hexmage or two too many imo as well. And the discard doesn't seem effective here. I'm a fan of Pulse Trackers, one of my favorite turn one creatures ever. Guul Draz Assassins can be quite nasty as well. Also Feast of Blood is cheap creature destruction/life gain combo. Sorin is always a great addition if you can afford it. Repeatable dmg/life gain pinging is nice to have. Not to mention he'll take some heat off your vamps.
Consuming Vapors is a helluva spell too if you can find a place for it. Maybe not quite on theme with vampires but paired with my favorite vampire of all time, Gatekeeper, your opponent will be lucky to have much of a threat on the field.
i'm trying to get sorin but that will take some time. i like the idea of the aristocrat and the bloodthrone and i will try to put in one of these 1 cost mana creatures. thanks for the tips.
think you have too much removal.. you should work in consuming vapors in replacement for urge too feed, or i prefer smother ten times better than urge if your thinking about running bloodghast id consider running demonic appetite absolutly amazing card for black even better on a vampire night hawk i would also consider dropping tendrils for blade of bloodcheif just cause feast of blood and vampire night hawk should be all the lifegain you'll need, ive changed my deck recently im gonna update it now if your interested
well thanks for the tips. blade of the bloodchief is a good card and i will put him in but i don't no about this two cards: smother or consuming vapors.
