Deck Description

Ok guys, I need some help with this one. This decklist is what I've been playing on MTGO, but it needs some help. When it works it works great, but the deck is extremely inconsistant.

The point is to get a turn 3 manabarbs, and use my elves and birds for mana. Manabarbs+birds or elves+Elvish Piper works pretty awesome.

I especially have a hard time against black, or a fast burn red deck, because they can kill my pipers, or birds, which leaves me kinda screwed.

Any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, and suggestions are welcome. I would like for all suggestions to keep it T2 legal.

Thanks for looking.

Deck discussion for Manabarbs

okay, first of all comment mine as well, all i have to say is, drop the piper, he's not worth it considering you already have mana ramp in the llanowar elves and birds,
i suggest running hells thunder.

Also, drop the 1 naturalize and 2x overruns, they dont fit the deck theme, if your going green red with that kind of rush i suggest 4x clossal mights and 4 lightning bolts.
and you may want to run land destruction like demolish, because that would reduce the lands they had, and force them to tap the land that is manabarbed =]

Definitely drop the Piper, it draws too much attention to you (I play alot of multiplayer, so drawing attention is not a good idea for me). It also dies too easily. If you having a problem with you mana creatures dying, try replacing them with land search spells (preferably the ones that put them into play, not your hand).

joosocrazy- Thanks for the suggestions. I just figured with the piper I would be taking no damage from my manabarbs. I'll try it out without them and see what happens.

Dedwards- I don't play multiplayer, so I always have all the attention...lol. Also, the inconsistancy doesn't come with my mana. I have never been mana screwed. The inconsistancy comes like one game I will only draw my red haste creatures, and no barbs. So its basically just beat down. Then other games I will get barbs and elves and birds, and thats it. It seems like I have never gotten a game where I get it all at once... Get what I'm saying?

Pete, if you dont want to get mana burned, try using other sources of mana
steward of valeron, nobles, birds, or if you dont want to replace your current creatures use
BORDERPOSTS! most people underrate them, they are well worth it trust me
