The goal of this deck is to make your opponent draw cards, then make him pay for doing it. Make him discard all those cards he's drawing, and make each discard hurt him or buff you, or both. Force nothing but bad choices...do I discard a card I need? Do I cast a spell knowing it will hurt me? Which card do I discard when I know that anything I discard helps my opponent? Do I sit back and try not to cast any spells, even though I know that will hurt me in the end, too?

I think you should focus on cards like Dark Deal and Ill-Gotten Gains instead of Blackmail and Distress.I'd get rid of Ebony Owl and Misers' Cage and put in Liliana's Caress.Waste Not is pretty important. You may need a Diabolic Tutor to get it.
