Simple: a streamlined version of Sliver Hive from magic 2014. kept your most important slivers(buffing, double strike, first strike, haste, trample) and added in some thrumming stones to really help you ramp up your army of slivers. path of exile is way too expensive of a card and i don't much like giving the other player a land, so i threw in two faith's fetters instead. you'll have to wait longer to use them, but they give you life gain when you do, and you've still got shocks to control the early game.
Obviously take out the thrumming stones if you want it legal in standard and modern. there's a ton of viable cards you could put in instead. could even just slap a couple more basic lands in if you wanted.

Remove sliver construct and shock, replace them with manaveft sliver, it would really increase the speed of the deck significantly.
