Collected Company is almost a must for Elf tribal. Also, you've got two black cards sideboarded, but no way to cast. Dual lands (Gilt-Leaf Palace, Hissing Quagmire, Woodland Cemetery are the ones I use, I'm sure there are others) would help, and open you up to black. Also, since you've got a fair amount of token producers, Second Harvest isn't a terrible idea either. I also like Joraga Warcaller, as it's a one drop for 1/1, but you can kick it later in the game to produce a tribe/wide buff that's pretty insane.
