get flame speaker adept out there, scry until you cry, and SMACK your opponents for huge amounts of damage. guttersnipe also helps with 2 damage to your opponent for every instant

Cyclonic Rift would be good for side board if your facing aggro :DAdd Izzet charm would be nice addition to sideboard if you need to burn or draw a cards :Dfor main board why dont you add Ordeal of thassa to increase your drawings for this deck.
Cancel never hurt anyone, except your opponents that is. I'd recommend dissolve because it also lets you scry. :)
Those are all great suggestions, but I worry about not being able to scry if I switched those in y'know?
Just keep the aqueous form and try to reduce 1 magma jet, titan's strength, and voyage's end to put ordeal of Thassa or something else that you like
I would rather take Prescient Chimera, cost the same mana as your Sphinx, but makes you scry another time when you play a spell with scry.
