Black Sundial Deck

by planestalker on 04 August 2011

Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Just another take on abusing Sundial of the Infinite and Torpor Orb.

Just in case you don't know.

Torpor Orb and Sundial of the Infinite allow you to play Phyrexian Dreadnought, Eather of Days, Hunted Horror, and Leveler without any comes into play triggers being activated.

Instead of Arena may use Dark Confidant instead.

Vampiric Tutor instead of Enlightened Tutor if keeping deck Legacy legal is not important to you
(Might want to change the dual lands to Swamps while you're at if changing to Vampiric Tutor)

Deck discussion for Black Sundial Deck

Awesome deck, having 8 sources to get around the drawbacks seems to be plenty. Might want to play something in your sideboard like Hexmage or anything else against plainswalkers.

Hi Thorai,

Glad you like the deck. Do you have any decks that you want me to look at?

Most of my decks are for casual group play. I generally don't give a sideboard unless I think the deck is really tournament worthy.

Yes, I agree cards like Hexmage, Despise, and Damnation are good cards to have in sideboard against Planeswalkers (I know you didn't mean plainwalkers ;-))
