excellent deck! my only suggestions are to add a sideboard. you will want to add some artifact/enchantment destruction. also, be careful with creeping tar pit. the only way to activate its ability is the have two of them out, which might be difficult to get

and what artifact/enchantment removle can black use other than discard?
not a bad deck, i would maybe take out 2 tectonic edges and 2 tar pits if u want them in there still, for a total of about 4 search lands. u will see it run a lil faster. and u dont need 2 tar pits to activate its ability.
demonking28, Great suggestions. Don't know why I forgot that tarpits need blue mana to activate. Out go twoTar Pits and in go 4 fetch lands
eh lol. though looking at the deck again, the islands and tar pits could probably all come out since its mono black anyways. maybe with the free space from the two islands and maybe taking out one other card (not sure which) u could add in some tezzeret's gambit for draw. i probly would even drop the doomblades for 2 more throats.
Well out go the fetch lands and the tar pits in go some go for the throats and some Gitaxian Probes (I like it better than tezzeret's gambit for low cost drawing
looks pretty good. should run fast and even run great against creature decks.
