In my personal opinion hand control is better than counter control. With this deck you’ll control your opponents hand. You will have good match ups against both counter control and Aggro. This is a standard deck so if you have suggestions make sure the cards are standard legal. I’ve been playing this online lately with great success.
You’re gong to want to make your opponent discard key cards and eventually empty their hand. You have access to kill spells to kill any creature that slips past being discarded. There are 3 win cons: you can win through combat damage, torment of scarabs, and torment of hail fire.
