mana leaks are really nice especially for early game, you could add in some more creatures for defense. out with the Adept, add in Guard Gomanzoa and/or Wall of Frost. i would personally add in 2x Jace Belerens, or the mind sculptor if you can afford him or happne to be lucky and have a couple just sitting around. I have a very similar deck which works pretty well. you should also look into Into the Roil. i think you need to speed it up a bit, if they are playing aggro or burn they'll get ya before you even have a chance
looks pretty good but a i would think a mill deck wouldnt always cooperate with controling but its an interesating idea the problem i always had was that i would either get my mill cards or my control cards so its hard to find a good balance. i waould also consider adding a keening stone
