Not sure Flickerwisp and Plumeveil really fit into this deck. Yes they are blue and white but they dont benifit from Drogskol captain. I would add a 4th captain and get some spirit tokens spells to repalce them. Even Cackling Counterpart would be nice since having 2 Captains they would give each other +1/+1 and hexproof.
