Deck Description

Aristocrat Deck - Standard

How to Play

Drop your Champion of the Parish and start building him with all your human 1 drops and 2 drops. Doomed Traveler offers tokens to sacrifice with Falkenrath Aristocrat and for Skirsdag to tap after Doomed Traveler dies. Zealous Conscripts works well in this deck because after you steal an opponents creature, you can attack , then sacrifice that creature with Falkenrath Aristocrat and hit with 4/1.

*I added Restoration Angel (1) just for that dirty Zealous Conscripts combo, let me know if the probability getting that combo is high enough to be in this deck. I'm not absolutely sure what to put that last card as.*

Deck discussion for Champion of the Aristocrats

is mentor of the meek a main deck card?

That single Mentor seems extremely out of place here.
Take it, 1 Paladin and 2 other cards (personally Id lose the high priests, they're very slow) and put in 4 blood artists.
Maybe leave the paladins at 3 and drop to 23 land, it should be enough in there.

I'd also rather run 2 Obzedats main deck over the conscripts, it's a MUCH better card.

yes i feel the mentor of the meek was out of place, im gonna keep 1 in sideboard incase im at a huge card disadvantage.
The skirsdag is great man, let me type out a scenario for you.
You have a Falkenrath Aristocrat out, A lingering Souls in your hand and a Skirsdag High Priest.
You pay 3 for lingering souls, sacrificing a Spirit with the aristocrat, and tapping one of the spirits and one of your one drops or even the aristocrat to be able to have that 5/5 dragon out. The card is great! Of course it can be slow, but think about the odds. Having 2 of them is a 20% chance to draw it on first turn , i believe, im not absolutely sure. This allows me to have the opportunity to get those 5/5 dragons out but not basing the deck around the priest. \
hmm the obzedats are amazing , i just need to think a little about them. when i heard about the zealous conscripts and falkenrath aristocrat combo i was pretty amazed :P

what kind of deck would he benefit me against? ;3
and can i sacrifice him with falkenrath, and exile him from the graveyard, bringing him back??
