The most important thing is to get the Hermit out as fast as possible. There are numerous strategies for this deck, I'll list the ones that I happen to remember: Giant Growth + Scryb Sprite. Mishra's Factories are good creatures for early game. Deranged Hermit, 4 squirrels, during opponent's second main phase Boomerang it back to your hand, replay next turn, 4 more squirrels. Don't pay for Echo, Elven Cache, summon again, 4 more squirrels. Clone Hermit, 4 more squirrels, squirrels go up to 3/3 instead of 2/2, still have to pay Echo though.
