The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

A basic Simic evolve deck... Not much else to say! Oh, I've just put my new Simic deck on here as well, it's called: 'Simic; Biodiversified'

How to Play

No particular way to play this deck... Just go with the flow!

Oh, but try to keep control of the deck. I've found that the amount of creatures I get out, with all the evolve, etc, is too much to handle in some cases...

This looks like budget or draft deck, there are a lot of awesome cards (experiment one, vorapede, strangleroot geist, master biomancer...) which you can play, if you pay some money for those cards and today they arent as expensive as they were when they came out.

Tried experiment one... It's actually pretty good except I'm drafting a number of different cards... We'll have to see!

primordial hydra would destroy a nimbus swimmer

Explore can be a decent replacement for Urban Evolution. Even though it's a bit riskier as far as drawing lands goes, it has potential to bring out more lands early on in the game. Besides that note, this is a very usable Simic deck on a budget.

I've got two Primordial Hydra's and I've also added a Simic Manipulator... :-)

I dropped nimbus swimmer in mine completely just because I felt I was using too much mana on just him. Interesting build though. Looks very promising!

Thanks! ;) My deck doesn't actually have any mana ramp at all, but I seem to get out loads... I've had no problem with playing it!

Personally, a little too much land but a few more nibus swimmerswould be good or take 2 land out and replace with fathom mages

Gyre Sage could be very nice, especially for giving Primordial Hydra that extra boost early on.

primordial hydra is an amazing card in this deck, i never thought about it being in this deck haha. Have you thought about Renegade Krasis? It would help you with all the creatures that have already been evolved to continue to evolve. Progenitor Mimic might also be a good finisher because it would help you copy something that is huge and continue to make copies of it to evolve all your guys? Also dual lands would help even more here too, hinterland harbor and breeding pools
