I have to advise against four Ink-Eyes. She's a great card and all, but since she's Legendary, if you get one out, another in your hand will just be dead weight. I guess it could be a free discard, but still. I'd reccomend just two. That's just me though.

I'm guessing this was built from cards you got from a fat pack or booster box or something. I'd suggest you start mono color, and not blue. Blue tends to be counter and control, an archetype for slightly more advanced players. White seems to be the way to go. Pacifisms are great, and I'd reccomend running four in any white newbie deck. Same with Sun Titan, though even just one can be brutal. I'd also suggest running small drop creatures, which means creatures with converted mana cost 3 or less. Base the deck around Sun Titan, and you have a solid newbie deck. Good luck!

I've never met any group that allows the Nephilim in EDH, but I can see why they would do so well. I've been hoping for four color legendary creatures, but until then, I suppose in lax groups Nephilim will do.
