this is my take on MBC with a little twist from the current sets. there are 12 sacrifice spells so you can remove the persecutor with ease when the time is right. and control the board MASSIVELY in multiplayer games. sorin markov is a persistent threat and also an alternate win condition in long games, strictly better than a big drain life on turn 5 but then nothing to follow it up for three turns. this guy keeps constant pressure on and only really fears quick burn. everything else lies down to the massive amounts of creature removal at work in this deck. of course, creatureless decks basically sideswipe this deck but really it's designed for multiplayer games of 5 or so people, where you tend to find lots of creatures gumming up the works. this deck owns them easily but also makes you a fairly large target, so you need something like Markov to keep things in slow-but-steady check. temporal extortion is just brilliant anyway. it's not unusual to draw a couple of rituals and this card in your opening hand. MEAN!

Great deck , i'm jealous of your Abyssal Persecutor !!! First of all , maybe you got too much ritual . there is nothing you can do with all this mana , i mean if u draw this in turn 6-7 , its useless ... Nantuko shade would be a good add in this deck , because if u play vs 5 people like u said , abyssal persecutor will get his ass removed for sure before it dmg somebody , you need an alternative win condition. Another good win condition is Liliana ... If nothing hit her , you will bring back all creatures to life under your control ! And she bring more control on opponents hands I like Temporal Extortion !
