Its all about returning creatures to your hand for when the creatures come out to play abilities.
It's pretty simple play (Prophet of Kruphix) next (Sunken Hope) or (Species Gorger), so you can return (Gulf Squid) and play it at the beginning of the other players turn. there are plenty of play abilities to help like counter target spell (Mystic Snake).Also plenty of was to return creatures to your hand (Temur Sabertooth) or (Arctic Merfolk). And if you have things in your graveyard (Eternal Witness).

I made one with a similar theme. Too slow for legacy, but fun for casual play. Look at equilibrium for a nice way to bounce creatures.
