The strategy is simple: Make your opponent discard cards while simultaneously taking their life points. Synergy with Swarmyard and Ravenous Rats or Drainpipe Vermin offers both a defensive posture as well as offensive. With Gnat Miser and Locust Miser you can limit your opponents hand in turn making them discard cards over the maximum hand size. This works very well with Sign In Blood making them draw cards which they'll soon be discarding. Keep the cats at bay with your deathtouch rats which you can also regenerate with Swarmyard.
