Prodigal Sorcerer / Thornwind Faeries / Suq'Ata Firewalker + Pemmin's Aura - Tap any to deal 1 damage, tap a blue to untap, repeat. Basically every blue mana = 1 damage. Aura also grants shroud, flying, and power/toughness alteration. Horseshoe Crab + Hermetic Study - Horseshoe crab can untap itself, enchantment grants ability to tap to a do a damage. Essentially making it same as previous combo. Hermetic Study + Pemmin's Aura - Turns any creature into tap do do a damage / untapper. Basilisk Collar / Charisma / Sigil of Sleep - Make tap for damage ability more threatening. Destroy/control/bounce creatures. Stall with tims, high tide for extra mana, big fliers

Here's a better combo for you: Gilded Lotus + Aphetto Alchemist + Pemmin's Aura + Suq'Ata Firewalker = infinite damage to creatures or players. Add in Death Pits of Wrath + Statecraft. And use Charisma for indestructibles. Use a Demonic Tutor + Mystical Tutor + Fabricate and some Brainstorm's to speed thing up. And don't forget Drowned Catacomb.
