Deck Description

If Urborg was T2 legal, I think this deck would be seriously competitive.

Deck discussion for Deck Challenge: Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth

I can't see this being competitive at all, its built around urborg and lashwrithe which is hardly a way to play a deck. You need less lands and fetches and more creatures with swampwalk.

I fear I misunderstand you... This is Dungrove Ramp (a very competitive deck), but better. I don't really care about swampwalk, its the opportunity to play BG Dungrove with Lashwrithe that excites me.

Could you explain some of the changes you would make?

I'm a strictly eternal player, and even I can see how this would be competitive for standard if Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth was in the format.

<_<

It never ceases to amaze me what just one simple card can do for a deck...

You just gave me an idea... Take a legacy card and make it T2 Legal. What happens? (obviously this is more fun with a card like Urborg that isn't obviously powerful). I think I'll work on that q for a while :)
