I think you should increase the number of Thrumming Stones to 4 to make it more likely in show up. Having only two hurts your chances drastically. Also, I don't really see the point of the Razortooth Rats. I'd much rather have 4 more Relentless Rats that those. Of course, you could always cut them completely to bring your card total down to 62. Overall, seems like a pretty standard Relentless Rats deck.
