Way way to slow to be tournement quality You have no way to get ahead on the board pre turn 5 (that's including rakdos's return mostly) You have 34 spells there all reactionary if someone should land a turn 2-3 Geist of saint traft you lose (since you said tourney in a tourney you have to deal with that) Also given your not a fast list unsummon and inaction injuction are bad choices All 3 of your decks threats are easily answerable with main oars cards Mortars and sever beats army of the damned Dreadbore oblivion ring and d-sphere beat bolas Any cancel beats return ( okay so you might get return off but with this build you still lose) Also main decked appetite for brains is just bad it can whiff and you wasted a card and a turn With all of that said -4x unsummon -4x appetite for brains -4x inaction injunction -1x army of the damned -1x killing wave +4x vampire nighthawk +4x delver +4x tragic slip +2x pillar of flame -2x searing spear +2x niv mizzet That should help your deck alot and still keep it under a 100$ I'd mention more but it starts to triple or so in price http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=413041 Red black goblins (legacy) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=416606 Red green goblins (with new tech)
