Black and Whites Knights in all thier glory, what could be better than an army of knights that could become indestructible, and with the Elixir of Immortality's (or Hakkon) you dont have to worry so much if your creatures go into the graveyard.

75 cards is no bueno in my book. Remove the Samurai, imho. You don't need them, and if you're worried about the creature count I'm sure you can find knights to fill the gap. Take a look at my W/B knight deck if ya want: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=146958

Haakon would be awesome but bewteen the Knight Exemplar's and the Elixir of Immortality, it is just not needed. Though I can see the alure of him, so I will put him in the side deck. Thanks
