Lets see:2 types of ramp of 3 CMC (even wiht it bringing 2 lands) may slow you down in 1 turn. Trade 4 of "Cultivate" or "Kodama's" for 4 "Rampant Growth", maybe even "Wayfarer's Bauble". With this kind of ramp and having 24 lands you could run "Dragonmaster Outcast". Hmm, even with 65 cards i can see that it was necessary, but you must try at maximum to keep at 60 so you have more chances to draw what you need. Anyway, awesome deck!

I LOVE dragonmaster outcast! I run him in most decks I have Red in, however he does not fit the theme of this particular deck. The strongest dragons I wanted in this deck were Dragon Broodmother and Slumbering Dragon and the rest to be babies. My other dragon deck: Kingdom of Thy Dragon has my more..."Powerful" dragons.
