Almost standard legal, but the Kazandu refuge ruins that. And personally, although werewolves seem like fun, they are weak in my opinion. You'd have to go cookie-cutter for werewolves to work just right. Can end up going most games without any card flipping, its very sad. Plus, have yet to see any werewolves being played in my meta.

there is a card in dark ascension that is going to fix that (night side: whenever an opponent casts a spell they loose two life.) it is going to make werewolves beat just about any deck out there personally

i wont add mayors maybe outlaw i will this deck is soley for budget nothing too expensive nothing heavy for the deck... pure and simple.. :/
