Deck Description

This is a vairent of the G/W Human decks floating around. I have been tuneing it for the usuall competive decks and it fairs rilly well aganst them.

The past 3 FNM`s ive tested it and my record so far is 11-0-4

The losses were aganst the best players there that play in the PTQ`s regularly and every match lost excluding 1 was in game 3 with them bearly winning it.

update 6/19/12 This deck is now 24-0-5 sweeping almost every deck out there. only other loss was in game 3 where i had a winning hand but never drew into green mana. ther than that this deck is an all around threat to every T1 build out there.

Deck discussion for G/W Humans Beatdown PTQ

I like the deck but I want to ask if the Mayor of Avabruck works well in this deck or are they getting transformed into the Howlpack Alpha too often? is so I would suggest Adaptive Automaton as a replacement. As well as the naturalize is a unforgiving card it will destroy both you and your opponents enchantments(you probably already know this and are rolling you eyes at me).
In all a vary nice deck i would like to put it together if I had all the cards.

The mayor is a verry nice 2 drop which makes for a good mana curve. The +1/+1 is great on alot of creatures I.E. double strike ones. plus if you do not remove it and it flips I get the tokens so eather side is a plus. It just makes for 1 more creature they have to remove. I use naturalise in the SB for Swords mainly plus alot of other hard hitting things but mainly to stall out R/G aggro.

This is a cool deck! Sigarda and wolfir are kinda slow, but if you pop them they're a bomb! Why do you use champion of lambholt; you don't make any tokens to abuse her effect?

well putting the creatures I have out pumps her, hero of bladehold pumps her they mayor (if she is already out ) double pumps her and any of the equitments I have work well on her aswell. Putting her out is like mayor they eather kill it right then and there or leave it and usually get hit hard for the loss. The best thing I think about this deck is almost every creature is a huge threat so alot of games my opponent uses most their removel early to stall the deck out.

I like this deck! Your deck focuses on power, while mine overwhelms them with constant humans! Nice deck and thank you for commenting on my deck!!
