Omenspeaker might be a good replacement for Sigiled Starfish. For the same mana cost you get Scry 2 as well a 1/3 instead of a 0/3. Only con to this is you only get use Omenspeakers ability once. May be a good card for the sideboard nonetheless.

Sorry to blow up your page but also some Ichor Rats would go nicely with this. They are really good for infect and in my opinion a must have for a black/green infect deck.

Very nice! However, I would suggest keeping your number land of cards totaled down to a minimum of 24. This way you'll get plenty of mana anyway plus the cards you want. In short, you don't wanna keep drawing mana all day. Try adding some enchantments or artifacts to give you an extra edge just in-case but overall very good job! :)
