A very cheap deck based around switching power and toughness. The best card to do this with is Merfolk Thaumaturgist, because it is repeatable.
Use Chant of the Skifsang to give a creature negative power, then change that to it's toughness. That will kill it, even if it is indestructible. Use Dream Prowler as your main attacker, change it into a 5/1 unblockable, that will get the job done.
