Helped a friend make this deck because he wanted a hydra themed deck. Essentially, it's about getting some powerful low drops and then using their "comes into play with X counters" later in the game on the other low drops for a bomb.
Focus on building a defense at first as you begin to get your mana out. Basically, you're going to want to stall for a little bit. Later on through the match you can blow your mana on things like Hooded Hydra and the other hydras. Use Madcap to help you do some early game damage and essentially just piss people off late game. From there you just literally attempt to overpower any other deck in your ability to end their life.
