A normal -1/-1 deck. This is an improved version of the first magic deck that I ever built which became my favorite color and started by path in MTG.
Place down your -1/-1 counters on either creatures causing you to make more creatures. You do want your creatures to die to trigger some effects but mostly you will be prioritizing those counters.
