You know, I can see the appeal of this type of deck. Really I do. I think that your going to run into problems though. For the first, you have no way of creating eldrazi spawn and thus your only way of getting out the eldrazi without hard casting them is through the elvish piper. That's a problem because your projecting. If you play an elvish piper there's no real guess what you are going to do next turn, in other words since the piper doesn't have haste and I can almost guarantee that people are running removal in their decks (deathmark and vendetta for example) you won't ever get the Eldrazi into play and your early game becomes nonexistant. Sure if you can manage to sink out enough mana to hard cast the eldrazi they'll end the game really quick, but chances are you'll already be dead.

Nope... this will lose very quickly. You have nothing to do until turn 4... everything is faster than you except maybe control, but then they have so much removal and your piper has to survive a turn before it can do a thing. Polymorph is a better way to get the eldrazi's out and even it isn't that good in the current meta.
No i have a version of this deck though a bit modified with vines of vastwood which can protect my elvish pipers, minus the consription, and it that betrays and instead with a few small spawn generating eldrazi such as kozilek's predator, awakening zone to gt more spawns just in case elvish piper fails and brood birthing
mabey add in some summoning traps or vines of vastwood to counter any early game pests. also i would drop the eldrazi conscription and add in some overwhelming stampedes in there place. if you have out your 15/15 eldrazi it would ramp all of your other eldrazis by 15. check out my elvish piper eldrazi deck and leave a comment http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=174698
also i would drop the black alltogether unless you have somthing other than diabolic tutor that i am missing. in its place you could add in a fauna shaman making it easyer to drop creatures that you don't nessisarily need and add in one fitted to the specific situation.
