ninja's are cool *this deck cost me about 10$ to make w/out ink-eyes or higure (this is still a fun deck without them)

This deck needs some spells. Dark ritual Diabloic tutor Negate or Mana Leak An Umezawas Jitte wouldn't damage the deck.
thx for the advice. i don't think diabolic tutor is necessary because of higure's ability. i agree that this deck needs some spells, maybe some counter and removal and dark ritual would be nice. ill have to find a way to work some of those into the deck.
umezawas jitte is too expensive
This might be funny but i would put in some distortion strike or at least sideboard just for those creature that are not unblockable but after that not bad
thx. i'm reluctant to take out a creature for distortion strike because neurok invisimancer pretty much is a distortion strike but is also an unblockable creature for 3 mana

thx man, ink-eyes is rly expensive its not rly necessary to have more than 1 because i can just search for him with higure.

Can ninjutsu be countered?
no because it is the act of an ability and so you have to counter the ability to counter the creature which i do not see happening and if the happened the the creature would just go back to your hand
voidslime can counter it :D
I applaud you for using ornithopter,shrieking drake, and thalakos seer. mana curve isn't the best but it's okay. Mirror gallery might be of use.
oh and put in some more of those legendary ninja

i agree. i will bump it up to 24
I personally prefer 20 lands in most of my decks, you can always mulligan for more if your first hand doesn't have enough. Ninjas don't require too much mana and you don't want to be drawing lands on you 8th turn
A card that works nicely with ninjas that came out in the same set as them is Veil of Secrecy. It especially works well imprinted on Iscron Scepter (I may have spelt that wrong, I'm not sure). And it's return a blue creature ability to splice onto arcane is quite nice too, you just need an arcane to splice onto :p
if i had "footsteps of the goryo", and i used veil of secrecy on the creature i brought back, then used ninjutsu to bring that creature back to my hand, would i get to keep the creature?
o w8 it wouldnt have haste nvm then. i don't think there are any arcane spells that could be in this deck
In the sideboard maybe disrupting shoal for mana leak, and veil of secrecy replaces distortion strike
Footsteps of the Goryo mite not work, but Goryo's Vengeance will (although you can only target a legendary creature with that one).

im not sure if its applicable, but if it were Training Grounds would be awesome!! but i think it has to be in play for that and the abilities are trigered when its in your hand... nice deck neways, i started off with the Kamigawa block so its nice to see the cards that got me started ^^
It's VERY unfortunate, but Training Grounds doesn't work with this..
Unblockable cards are key! I would HIGHLY recommend Dimir Infiltrator and Inkfathom Infiltrator, both are 2-drops and both will help you use ninjitsu immensely!
ever considered dual lands for smoother draws? it can lower your land count to 20. plus, creeping tar pit is unblockable.
agreed, creeping tar pit would be a really good addition to this deck

LOVE this deck. really thinking about stealing the idea and making one of my own now.
In my deck of ninja's im using Nether traitors rather than thalakos seer becous of the haste and the returning to play. So i use cover of darkness to crush noblack or no artifacts decks. And to slow the oponent movements i put frozen aether into play with dark ritual in 2nd turn.
