to even out the mana base use 8 islands and 12 mountains also use some more creatures and add a searing blaze check out my flaming demise deck
suggestions for creatures? btw i looked at your flaming demise deck
Goblin Guide and/or Kargan Dragonlord are sort of the go-to creatures besides the ones you have here. Nice deck dude.

Take out Ponder to make it Standard legal.
and if you dont want it standard gelectrode is always a nice card for a control burn deck
