You want at least 10+ Scry lands in any control deck. Even if you're not using the secondary color that the land is producing it helps you fix into what you're drawing. Jace, Architect of Thought is at least a 3 of. Way better off with a 4 of. Elsepth should be at least a 2 of and if you don't have 2 then get another thing that you can use as a win condition. AEtherling or even Jace, Memory Adept will do. I wouldn't run more than six counters because eventually they'll be dead draws and you'll want spot removal. Quicken is ok in the deck. I used to run it but switched it out. Also Planar Cleansing isn't needed, especially if you have 4x Supreme Verdict. If you want an extra board wipe then throw 1x Fated Retribution into the main deck.
