north can you help my with a budget king reaper/Changeling EDH deck.
looks fun to play. Cloud Key may be a good thing to use in this deck to lower the cost of the enchantments.
sounds fun. i want to make a edh deck but i think my budget is to low to make it:( maybe to the end of december.Seshiro and Ezuri, renegade leader cost to much to do so this is still in budget maybe Seshiro.

recoil would maybe be something or Memory Lapse or Griptide/Repel/Time Ebb/Vanishment or Temporal Eddy bounce creatures on top of its owners library so you can strike with Nightveil Specter and get the card you bounced.

sadly rebels wont work cus changelings are Shapeshifter spells so rebels cant fetch em. Only then they enter the battelfield they get all creature types.
north can you build a deck with recykle http://www.mtgvault.com/card/recycle/TMP/
Lord of the Unreal maybe would fit good to give hexproof and it cost a 1/4 of a buck
