So I decided to make my own version of it, which hugely cut the costs, but made it a whole lot weaker.My budget decks try to stay below 40$, please keep that in mind.Feel free to leave any suggestions, any advice is good for a new player like myself.
Overwhelm the opponent with cheap artifact creatures.Buff up your creatures with equipment and Ensoul Artifact. Ensoul Artifact combos well with flying creatures and Darksteel Citadel.Galvanic Blast is good removal or a finisher and Thoughtcast gets you cards. Metalcraft is easy to achieve on Galvanic Blast and Thoughtcast will often draw you 2 cards for just one blue mana.Whipflare in sideboard to combat non-artifact aggro decks.

I keep my decks modern legal. I would have loved to use the artifact lands. I've seen Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas and I feel he might be better suited for a midrange or control artifact deck. He also breaks the deck's budget quite a bit. Thank you for the suggestions though, I really appreciate it!
