Terramorphic Expanse works well with Khalani Heart Expedition as you can drop and sac Terramorphic then put another land on the board which counts for 2 quest tokens then play either rampant growth/cultivate/harrow for another land giving your Khalani Heart Expedition the 3rd needed quest token allowing you to add 2 more land for a total of 3-4 lands in 1 round.

I think you have too many explorer's scopes. They are nice cards, but it really only pays to have one on the field at a time. I would take out one or two. Also consider arbor elf. Its basically another llanowar. Rafellos would be a god in this deck, but I know you said you wanted to keep it budget friendly.
