Taigam, Ojutai Master was stuffed into the Dragon Tribal pre-con deck but his abilities are awesome on their own. Instant and Sorceries you cast cannot be countered which is huge since you have 28 total instants and sorceries. All your spells have rebound when you attack with Taigam. Rebound is super powerful and when you are playing a tempo game with rebound you can take over a board quickly.
Taigam is an expensive commander so you want to ramp out with artifacts as quickly as possible. Once Taigam is out, you need to protect him to get the attack trigger to happen. You can use Reconnaissance, maze of ith, dolmen gate, shadow rift, trailblazers boots to swing profitably. You are mostly casting your spells in the second main or after the attack is on the stack. A couple of tricks mostly thrown in for flavor is winning with Tunnel Vision. Hinder a spell or proteus staff a creature then tunnel vision an opponent putting them on a one turn clock. You can use dovescape to lock out a board preventing any opponents from casting spells, enchantments or artifacts while you yourself aren't affected by the drawback. Torpor orb, hushing gryf are there to prevent the dovescape from getting blown up by ETB effects.
