Planeswalkers? No need for the Walletsculptor, either -- regular Jace works just great in a deck like this, either use him as a free card draw engine on yourself or be able to conceivably pull off his ultimate. And in that case, you may as well add white too. Venser and Ajani are both excellent and have a lot of synergies in a deck like this. Venser can bounce your contagion clasp to get additional counters out there, but Ajani is too awesome not to play with Proliferate, since his -1 lets you put counters on ALL your creatures, meaning proliferate lets you make all of them even bigger every time!

Seems very solid, however, I can see that you will probably need some sort of draw engine for the deck. Also, you may want to think about running a few more creatures, like maybe Trinket mage, and Chimeric mass. They work so well in unison in a deck like this. Chimeric Mass becomes a major win condition as well once he becomes simply huge. Right now though, you have no real win condition. I mean, you can conceivably overrun them with Golem tokens, but that may take quite a while. All in all, I have to give it a 7/10, because I do like the idea.
