Deck Description

I've seen this basic concept of m14 blue/white control done a lot. Wanted to try and do it myself. Would totes like some input from the community. Things I could improve, etc etc.

How to Play

Use counters/control to defend yourself.

Get out Elite Arcanist + Silence combo going.

Summon Aetherling when you can

Make Elite Arcanist indestructible.

Use Planar Cleansing/Supreme Verdict to clear the board. Make sure you exile Aetherling before you do this.

Use Aetherling to finish off opponent.

Deck discussion for Where did all your stuff go?

Looks good overall, but since you're looking for critique...

8 creatures isn't usually enough, you could easily go a whole game without seeing one.
No low drop creatures or creatures with flying.
Too much counter maybe.
No card draw.

Suggested Fix:

Get rid of 4 x Essence Scatter or 4 x Render Silent (downsides - scatter is just creatures, for render there's cancel and silence).
Which ever one you keep, drop 1 card, and go down to 3 of them. Drop 1 cancel, down to 3.
This opens 6 slots:
Add 3 x Judges Familiar - low cost creature flying cancel
Add 3 x Divination, Opportunity, or Azorius Charm - card draw

Hope that helps.

Thank you for the advice! Will totes keep that advice in mind when creating this deck. Still some experimenting to do. All part of the fun of the game :)
