Enjoy as the deck snowballs after mid-game, and the game will be pretty much under your control.
CREATURES
Meet the Ladies!
Archaeomancer - Did you drop a precious counterspell? She'll retriever it for you, after that, she can be equipped with the ring! Or simply work together with Azami.
Azami, Lady of Scrolls - 5 drop Wizard that allows you to tap any number of wizards you control to draw a card. Very resourceful lady indeed.
Beguiler of Wills - 5 mana seductress, if you can't muster enough troops or your opponent's aggression is overwhelming your slow and calm gameplay, you can always rely on her to recruit a creature from the enemy lines for a quick defense! Or a late game dramatic betrayal.
Enclave Cryptologist - She's a leveller, so you have to groom her at the right time, a one-drop, definitely a considerate lady. Combo her with cerulean wisps for extra draws, or Azami can let her tap for free!
Linessa, Zephyr Mage - Who doesn't hate big meanies staring you down all the time? And What's a counter deck if you can't bounce the early threats? Linessa sends them back to where they belong, and Hands it to their owner (get it? Hands?).
Overbeing of Myth - She provides an extra draw per turn, and her P/T = your hand size, now that's quite the slap (get it? Hands?).
Sigil Tracer - In case you're desperately needing to copy a friendly spell or to share the pain of a threatening instant/sorcery, she's there to help.
Stonybrook Banneret - Your Discount ticket for wizards! She has Islandwalk too, give her the Ring of Evos Isle if your opponent control islands and watch her go!
INSTANTS
For instance, your opponent cast threatening spells like a Snapcaster or Geist of Saint Threft, Or just some miracle spells, you'd be grinning if you had a counter spell up your sleeve, I mean in your hand.
Cancel, Dissipate, Mana Leak and Rewind, pretty straight forward cards, just know when to use which and you should do fine.
Think Twice is for your card advantage, in case your Wizards are playing hide-and-seek with you, you can always count on yourself to go the extra mile.
Psychic Spiral, many of times when I played this deck with my friends, it has one problem if my opponent stalls as well as I do for that game. I decked myself out from drawing. Thus, Psychic Spiral is here to give me the edge over recycling, and some unintentional milling.
ARTIFACTS
Ring of Evos Isles - I usually describe this card as 'Marriage makes women stronger', well, sure did. I beat my opponents to death with an 7/7 Archaeomancer before, so it's possible, so long as you play smart and don't be reckless.
Elixir of Immortality - Recycle your deck, gain some life, resume the annoyance.
